All products sold by Reel Confident Badge Reels are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, design placement, glitter distribution, resin appearance, or embellishments. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display our products; however, colors may vary depending on your device's screen settings.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created according to customer specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases where the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Reel Confident Badge Reels.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.

Processing and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Reel Confident Badge Reels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
