Thank you for shopping with Reel Confident Badge Reels! We are committed to creating and delivering high-quality handmade badge reels and accessories.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on carrier selection

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Reel Confident Badge Reels is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Reel Confident Badge Reels is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist with providing tracking information and supporting documentation if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at morrisonkadian26@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
