At Reel Confident Badge Reels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are handmade and customized, please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized badge reel sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at morrisonkadian26@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that need to be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Reel Confident Badge Reels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom badge reels
- Personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards (if offered)
